The development of products goes through five distinct phases; each one is validated, based on the defined criteria. This guarantees that all of the elements have been taken into consideration so that the product may be flawless.
It involves creating of a complete plan to guide the team through the execution and closure phases of the project. The plan created during this phase will help to manage time, cost, quality, change, risk and issues.
It allows us to highlight the technological challenges and to propose design solutions which will be appropriate.
It serves the optimization and the characterization of the design, according to the rules of internal development. In line with the requirements, environmental tests can be carried out on the products. The parameters and test methods are determined in agreement with the customer and production.
Its goal is to deliver a small quantity of qualified products to the customer for validation. At the end of this phase, the product is considered "ready for production".
